Finding your next volunteer opportunity just got easier with our Tennessee Cleanup Event Calendar. It’s easier than ever to search for a public cleanup and Join the Movement to end littering in Tennessee.
Our success with No Trash November in 2021 – a statewide initiative to collect 25,000 pounds of litter and host 25 cleanup events, exceeded our expectations. In fact, 46,067 pounds of litter were collected at 56 events around the state that month. This amazing effort inspired the statewide cleanup event calendar.
This new calendar is organized by date and can be searched by event name or the city where the event is taking place. You can also filter by your county to find the nearest cleanup event. Find one for next week or later in the year. By signing up to create an account, you can bookmark an event to your own calendar or post about it on social media.
Great Partners Are the Key to Reducing Litter in Our State
We have great partnerships around the state with numerous Keep Tennessee Beautiful (KTnB) affiliates, Adopt-A-Highway groups and litter grant partners in every county. This calendar was created in partnership with Keep Tennessee Beautiful to provide a single source for Tennesseans to find and volunteer for cleanup events in their area. It is easily accessible on our Nobody Trashes Tennessee website as well as the Keep Tennessee Beautiful website.
